Non Refundable Deposit

Balance

The $100 non refundable deposit holds the date and will be deducted from the total that has to be paid the day of the event. The only way the deposit can be returned is if DJ Jon is unable to perform the event.

Payment Information

I take Cash for the balance of the contract. And Debit/Credit Card on this website for the deposit only. Go to the Book A Date page. The balance of the contract is due at the start of the event date.

Sound System

I have a 7000 Watt sound system that will blow the roof off any building. 3 speaker's and light's are included in the price. I do not rent equipment and do not do Karaoke. DJ Jon & The DownBeats only is responsible to supply a basic sound system and DJ. A basic sound system consists of speakers, wires, microphones and lights. Power supply is the responsibility of the event host or the client hiring the DJ for the event. When hired, the DJ will be DJ Jon Osborn aka DJ Jon & The DownBeats. No guest performers will be allowed.

Damages

(name)__________________________________ agrees to pay all damages to DJ Jon & The DownBeats aka Jon Osborn caused by the negligence of (name) ______________________ or any of the event guests.

Miscelleanous

DJ Jon & The DownBeats plays to a mature and responsible audience. As DJ Jon will be polite & courteous, the same will be expected from the events host and participants.If there is ANY concern's or problem's of any kind, please talk to DJ Jon in a calm and constructive manner. No other actions will be accepted under ANY conditions or circumstances. Thank you.
